I believe your wedding season should be one of celebration and not stress, that’s why I’ve designed two planning packages for you to choose what works best for your own planning style. Before I dive into the details, I want to let you know a little bit about me because I want you to feel comfortable working closely with me during this season of planning.

So Hi, There! My name is Allie and for years I wanted to be a wedding planner and even started another business a few years back but it didn’t take off and just wasn’t the right time. After gaining more business experience, I’ve come back to the dream I always had of planning weddings and I’ve come back to my hometown to do so.

My Momma and I used to talk about our dream wedding dress shop and wedding planning business and decided 2018 would be our year to really get it going.

Unfortunately, she passed away at the end of 2016 but her mantra of “making memories” is why I’ve decided to bring our dreams to a reality.

My heart is for you to always look back on this special season and have sweet memories for the rest of your life. So let me handle all the small details and tie up the loose ends while you, your fiancé, friends and family continue making memories for the rest of your lives.

When I’m not planning weddings or styling my boutique brides, you can typically find me sipping coffee (hot or iced), hanging out with my friends and family making memories of our own.

You’ll also notice I’m a huge believer in “leaving legacies” which is my way of saying “making the world a better place.” Katharine Marie Weddings will be donating a portion of each package booked to the Humanity & Hope United Foundation in Honduras and the Haven of Rest in Anderson, SC.

Here at Katharine Marie Weddings, I want to step in to help tie all those last minute details together for you so you can enjoy those last few weeks of your engagement. Whether you hire me 6 months or a year out, we’ll have monthly check-ins to make sure you’re on track and for any questions you may have.

Our full planning brides are typically the ones who know their overall style and what they want, but don’t have time or want to handle all of the little details. We’ll start off with an in-person planning session, which usually takes about 2 hours, so we can get an idea of what you want your wedding weekend to entail. Once we have your budget and preferred style, we’ll get to work on setting up vendors for you to meet. All you have to do is show up and say yes to what you like and let us know what you want to change.

Then I’ll send over a contract for you to sign along with an invoice for your retainer fee. Depending on the time frame of your wedding, it will be 25%-50% as discussed on our call and outlined in your contract.


After you sign the contract and pay the retainer, I’ll send over a link to your portal with all of your planning questionnaires inside. We’ll also set up our first planning meeting to go over the questionnaires and begin planning your dream wedding!
