Meet Our Planning Team
Hi, There! My name is Allie and for years I wanted to be a wedding planner and even started another business a few years back but it didn’t take off and just wasn’t the right time. After gaining more business experience, I’ve come back to the dream I always had of planning weddings and I’ve come back to my hometown to do so.
My Momma and I used to talk about our dream wedding dress shop and wedding planning business and decided 2018 would be our year to really get it going.
Unfortunately, she passed away at the end of 2016 but her mantra of “making memories” is why I’ve decided to bring our dreams to a reality.
My heart is for you to always look back on this special season and have sweet memories for the rest of your life. So let me handle all the small details and tie up the loose ends while you, your fiancé, friends and family continue making memories for the rest of your lives.
When I’m not planning weddings or styling my boutique brides, you can typically find me sipping coffee (hot or iced), hanging out with my friends and family making memories of our own.
You’ll also notice I’m a huge believer in “leaving legacies” which is my way of saying “making the world a better place.” Katharine Marie Weddings will be donating a portion of each package booked to the Humanity & Hope United Foundation in Honduras and the Haven of Rest in Anderson, SC.
Hello, my name is Cristy! Pairing with Katharine Marie’s team as an Associate Planner has been a blessed opportunity. What brought me to join Kathrine Marie’s planning team was their ability to plan a ceremony uniting families while simultaneously developing opportunities to support and unite an array of needs within our community and beyond.
The fulfillment I receive when lessening barriers for others is my driving force. My late mother, Cindy, instructed me from very early in life and as famously quoted, “To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived, this is to have succeeded.”-Ralph Waldo Emerson. For clients, my utmost intention is to share with you the best of myself- a connoisseur of etiquette, attention to detail and discernment, and cultivated experience- so that you and your forevermore can experience your wedding day as you intended.
On a personal note…My husband and I were born and raised in the Belton/Anderson area. We are high school sweethearts, have three children and in addition are Therapeutic Foster Parents. I enjoy peppermint tea, sparkling water, all things with dark chocolate, and browsing formal French country and Grand Millennial home décor.

I am a wedding planner based in Greenville, South Carolina, originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, with a deep love for meaningful, thoughtfully planned celebrations.
As a former Katharine Marie Weddings bride, I understands firsthand how special this season of life is, which is why I'm so passionate about walking closely with my couples from the very beginning. There’s nothing I love more than helping bring their visions to life and creating a wedding day that feels true to who they are.
Outside of weddings, I'm mom to an amazing son and a huge sports fan!
